to concur in the House amendment to CSSB 255(STA), namely:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 255(STA) am H                                          
"An Act establishing a comprehensive policy relating to human                 
resource development in the state."                                            
                                                                               
and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment.
